D-Phi-E, it's for me!

When I made the choice to go Greek I was faced with a lot of tough decisions. Which org was right for me, where did I feel comfortable, who did I really click with? When I came to Delta Phi Epsilon it all seemed to fall into perfect place. When I first met the girls of D-Phi-E, I’ll admit I was a little intimidated. Not by the girls themselves, but by the relationships that they had with one another. I wanted what they had. I hoped and prayed that I would be given a bid, and two days later, my prayers were answered.

Making the choice to join D-Phi-E was truly one of the best choices I have ever made. For anyone who is interested in joining a Greek organization make sure that you keep a few things in mind.

1. Don’t be intimidated. Every girl is overly excited to get to know you. And remember, we were once in your shoes.

2. No matter what organization you join, remember that sisterhood is a lifelong bond. No matter what happens you will always have a strong support system behind you.

3. If ever you need a friend, you have one in your sisters. They’re there for you when you cry, laugh, get mad, or excited. They will support you in all your decisions, and love you for who you are now, not who you have been or who you will be.

Sisterhood is something that everyone needs at one point or another in their lifetime. My sisterhood belongs to Delta Phi Epsilon. Yours could be elsewhere. Just remember that is something that we all need, that we all want. Most of all, it is something that many of us just can’t live without.
